Sizing and fit
How do I choose my size?
Check the Size Chart on each product page. If between sizes, size down for a firmer feel or up for more room.
What sizes do you offer?
Shapewear runs S through 4XL. Activewear and sets run S through XL.
How does your shapewear feel?
Firm but breathable. We use nylon-spandex knits with bonded seams so nothing digs or rolls. Not "hold your breath" tight.
Fabric and care
What are your pieces made of?
Shapewear: nylon-spandex knit. Activewear: soft-hand ribbed knit and four-way stretch. Mila Fleece Tights: brushed fleece lining.
How do I care for my pieces?
Machine wash cold with like colors. Lay flat to dry. Do not bleach. No fabric softener. See each product page for specifics.
Shipping
How much is shipping?
Free worldwide. No minimum.
How long does shipping take?
5 to 10 business days (Monday to Friday) from dispatch. Most orders ship within 1 to 2 business days of placing.
Where do you ship from?
United States, Australia, and Hong Kong depending on stock and destination.
How do I track my order?
Track your order here using your order number and email.
Returns and exchanges
What is your return policy?
30 days from delivery. Items must be unworn with tags. Return shipping at your cost. Full details on our Returns page.
Do you offer exchanges?
No direct exchanges. Return for a refund and reorder in the right size or color.
How long do refunds take?
5 business days after we receive your return, plus 3 to 10 more for your bank to process.
What if my item arrived faulty?
Email us with photos within 30 days of delivery. We cover return shipping and send a replacement or full refund.
Orders
Can I change or cancel my order?
Email us within 2 hours of placing your order. After that we cannot guarantee changes.
Can I use more than one discount code?
One code per order. Codes cannot be combined.
Where is my order?
Check tracking here or look for your shipping email. If it is past 15 business days, contact us.
Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, PayPal, and Afterpay (US, on eligible orders).
Is my payment secure?
Yes. All payments are processed by Shopify Payments and other PCI-compliant processors. We never see or store your full card details.
