Payment Policy
We accept the following payment methods at checkout:
- Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover
- Apple Pay
- Google Pay
- Shop Pay
- PayPal
- Afterpay (US customers, on eligible orders)
Currency
Prices display in the currency you select. You can change currency using the selector in the footer. The final charge to your card will match the total shown at checkout.
Security
All payments are processed by Shopify Payments and other PCI-compliant processors. All sensitive information, including credit and payment details, is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and encrypted. We never see or store your full card details.
Failed payments
If your payment fails, check your card details and try again, or use a different method. If it still fails, contact your bank or email us at support@mendo-studio.com.
Refunds
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5 business days (Monday to Friday) of us receiving your return. Depending on your bank, funds may take a further 3 to 10 business days to appear.
Discount codes
One discount code per order. Codes cannot be combined and cannot be applied retroactively to an existing order.
Fraud prevention
We may pause orders that trigger our fraud checks. If yours is paused, we will email you within 8 hours to verify.
