Refund policy

30-day return window

We accept returns on items in original, unworn, unwashed condition with all tags attached, within 30 days of delivery.

How to start a return

Email support@mendo-studio.com with your order number and reason for return. We reply within 8 hours (Mon to Fri, 9am to 6pm EST) with return instructions.

Who pays return shipping

Defective or damaged items: We cover it. Include a photo of the issue with your email and we will send a prepaid return label.

Change of mind, wrong size, or wrong color: The customer covers return shipping to our warehouse.

Refund processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5 business days to your original payment method. Original shipping fees are non-refundable except for defective items.

Exchanges

For a different size or color, return the original item first and place a new order. This is the fastest way to get the piece you want.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase by emailing support@mendo-studio.com. After 24 hours the order has moved to fulfillment and cannot be cancelled, but it can still be returned per the terms above.
