Tracking

You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. Check status anytime on our Track Order page.

Shipping issues

Delays, damages, or missing packages? Email support@mendo-studio.com with your order number and we will work with the carrier to resolve it.

Wrong address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will email you to arrange redelivery. Standard reshipment fees may apply.
