Shipping Policy

Free shipping worldwide on every order. No minimum.

Delivery times

5 to 10 business days (Monday to Friday) from dispatch. Most orders ship within 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday) of placing.

Where we ship from

We fulfill from three locations depending on stock and your destination: United States, Australia, and Hong Kong. Your item ships from the closest location with stock.

Tracking

You will get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. If you do not see it, check your spam folder or email us. You can also track your order here anytime.

Customs and duties

Orders shipped internationally may be subject to import duties or taxes charged by your local customs authority. These are the recipient's responsibility. We ship DDU (delivered duty unpaid) by default.

Delays

Occasionally customs, weather, or carrier issues cause delays. If your order is more than 15 business days late, contact us and we will investigate.

Address changes

If you need to change your shipping address, email us within 2 hours of placing your order. After that, we cannot guarantee changes.

Undeliverable packages

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable (wrong address, unclaimed, refused), we will contact you to arrange reshipment at your cost or a refund minus original shipping.
